Midwest Installation Group/MIG Property Management

Midwest Installation Group and MIG Property Management are two Northeast Ohio businesses owned by local entrepreneur Chuck Haliburton. Midwest provides commercial moving, furniture installation, storage, and equipment rental services, while MIG focuses on property management. Chuck partnered with RBGS to build visibility for both companies and coordinate marketing priorities around their distinct needs and his team’s capacity.

The Challenge

Chuck Haliburton was balancing the marketing needs of Midwest Installation Group and MIG Property Management while managing the demands of both businesses. Starting with virtually no online presence, each company needed a foundation for visibility. As that presence developed, the challenge evolved: deciding where continued marketing effort would be most useful and keeping both brands active without making content creation another operational burden.

  • RBGS began with a broad approach to establish visibility across both companies, giving Midwest greater emphasis while maintaining a presence for MIG. As audience and website activity accumulated, the strategy shifted toward more selective priorities: preserve the visibility already established, focus search work on specific opportunities such as Midwest’s rental equipment, and shape ongoing marketing around what the team could realistically sustain.

  • RBGS supported social media and local SEO across both companies, building visibility and reviewing performance to guide the next stage. We then developed a revised plan with different levels of content support for each brand, Google Business Profile monitoring, targeted rental-equipment SEO for Midwest, and seasonal website updates for MIG.

The proposed approach used existing assets for ongoing content and paired quarterly content guidance with strategy check-ins and reporting. This gave Chuck a concrete framework for choosing ongoing support and additional services according to each company’s priorities.

  • Both companies progressed from virtually no online presence to measurable visibility. By the March 2026 strategy review, Midwest had recorded more than 100,000 Facebook views and 5,500 unique website visitors. MIG had recorded 14,500 social views and 1,800 website visits with a smaller share of the marketing emphasis.
