The Way Coffee Co. is a nonprofit instructional program committed to providing a meaningful curriculum and employment experience for young adults with learning differences. Their core mission is to help these individuals transition from school into the workforce by building skills, confidence, and real-world experience.
We partner with one small business or nonprofit for the month, aligning our efforts around their mission and goals.
Throughout the month, we collaborate on promotion across both our platforms and channels, amplifying visibility, expanding reach, and bringing more attention to our partner’s mission or business.
At the end of the month, our partner receives a percentage of all sales made, benefiting in both the financial contribution and increased visibility gained through the campaign.

The Way Coffee Co. offers a structured instructional and training program designed to equip young adults with learning differences with essential job skills and workplace readiness.
Participants gain hands-on experience through real-world work in a coffee shop environment, helping them build confidence and develop practical skills for future employment.
Their training program is run through a fully operating coffee shop, food truck, and collaboration co-working space, along with a fully equipped podcast studio. Serving quality drinks and light food while creating a welcoming space for the local community to gather.
Through its mission-driven model, the organization also fosters community engagement, allowing customers and supporters to directly contribute through purchases, donations, and involvement.
